We have over 100 photos of Tom from last night’s premiere in our gallery!
♦ Some tweets from the night:

♦ Press Association brief interview:
Speaking at the premiere of his latest film, This Means War, Tom said: “Bane’s mask is tight, actually. I got used to it, but you get used to anything really, in time.”
The actor has described the character as “brutal” and “heavy-handed”, but said that he had no problem separating himself from the role.
“I didn’t get into a dark place at all. A lot of dark characters are easy to have distance from, it’s something I feel comfortable with, I suppose.”
Tom added that he enjoyed being silly for his role in romantic comedy This Means War.
“It was nice to do something fun as I always take myself so seriously,” he said.

With Swedish subtitles!
♦ Tom has narrated the fifth episode of BBC3′s Young Soldiers. If you’re in the UK, you can watch it on iPlayer here until the end of the week. Will add any additional places to watch it when I find them.
♦ For the Aussies, here‘s some info on a Mad Max casting call.
♦ Speaking of Mad Max, it seems Mel Gibson has given his blessing to Tom:
Now that “Warrior” star Tom Hardy is onboard, along with Charlize Theron, Gibson appeared happy to pass the torch, saying he met with Hardy, “a firecracker” and “a very interesting actor [who] reminds me of one of my sons,” about six months ago for lunch where Hardy “maybe [asked] was is it okay?” and Gibson replied “Sure. It’s fine. Knock yourself out. I’ve got better things to do.”

Wow, great pics and videos of the premiere. Looks like a great movie for Valentines Day approaching. Has alot of action, so not too rom-com sappy to bring your guy to. Tom’s beard looks red in some pics, looks good. I could definitely see him playing an old school Viking role if he grew it out. Guess the beard may be a sign of a future role. Looking forward to Mad Max. Tom would be great in a role like Braveheart as well. Thanks again for keeping this site going for all us Hardy boy fans.
